Market Access (Moscow)

Requirements and responsibilities:

Forming and implementation of market access strategy for key products to secure listing of it either in regional and Federal Reimbursement systems:

  • Building and keeping up strong relationships with KOLs, authorities, professional and patient’s societies to get solid all-round support in a dedicated therapeutic area
  •  Organizing and leading joint projects with influential stakeholders in a therapeutic area to shape market environment in favor of core company products
  •  Creating reference market access files for products in accordance with regional and national requirements 
High medical education is a must; additional economic or marketing education is preferable:
  •  At least 3-5 years work in pharmaceutical / medical devices business in field of key account management, marketing, government affairs or preferably in market access team
  •  Experience in working with reimbursement listing is strongly desired
  •  Good understanding of organization and of functioning of Public Healthcare system in Russia
  •  High level of knowledge in pricing process. Experience in working with price issues and P&L
  • Deep professional medical knowledge in a concrete therapeutic area 
  •  Strong communication, analytical skills and ability work in a team
  • Candidate should be result oriented, self-disciplined and able to work with big volume of information
  •  Advanced PC user
  •  Verbal and written upper-intermediate (or higher) English language
