The world has been through some uneasy times during which the economy has undergone some dramatic cuts and the business community has seen a number of big names going bankrupt – but now it seems we can put this behind us.  Today we are starting to see the first signs of a warmer climate for both the financial business sectors.

 As a result of the difficulties the economy has been through we too have seen a difference in the way that we need to work with our clients too.  During the economic boom candidates were almost made to feel like Gods, they were the key drivers of the labour market – these times are now gone.  Today the employer is the writer of history and the one who will dictate terms and shape the employment market.

Nowadays, when hiring staff, our clients are more concerned than ever about how their business going to function in the future and for our candidates we see more of a focus on making decisive career decisions.  One of our strengths at Flex is our ability to adapt to different business situations and we are ready to work with clients and candidates alike to give them sound professional advice.  We are proud of our ability to work with both sides to analyze and form a prognosis of what they will face today and, more importantly tomorrow.

When we started our company we had the attitude of one big family.  We found support and friendship in each other and worked on an ever cresting wave.  Today, we are a much larger company and keeping the family spirit through difficult times has not been easy.  But our goal has been to keep our trademark friendly and flexible business style – And we can say with certainty that it works!
